Physical Therapy Evaluation Experience an alternative to traditional women's health physical therapy. You will be listened to and heard as we discuss the experiences that lead you to seek help. Then, you will receive a complete a comprehensive evaluation of how you move, where restrictions in muscle tissue and joint mechanics are and identify any muscle activation patterns that are not serving you well. We will then develop a plan to get you back to doing the things you love!

Females With Stress Incontinence And Pelvic Pain The truth is that pelvic floor and inner core dysfunction is often multifactorial. For many females, the idea of internal physical therapy for pelvic floor issues feels like a step they don't want to take or their intuition tells them that their problems might be related to a sequela of factors that require a total body assessment. Some women have completed internal therapy but are still not able to participate in the activities that they love. Physical Therapy Treatment After your evaluation we will develop a plan that fits your individual needs. Follow up PT sessions are entirely 1:1 and are tailored to each client's needs. You will receive updated exercises as appropriate with videos as needed to optimize your performance and consistency with the plan at home. Our postpartum recovery package gives you a postpartum (no internal exam) evaluation and 4 -45 min follow up sessions to progress your connection with your inner core, improve strength optimally and prepare you for the fitness routine you would like to get back to or initiate post baby.
