Hi! I'm Darcie and I have dedicated my career to helping women to feel empowered in their body, knowing how to listen to it's messages to correct and prevent dysfunction. I help women to solve their pain/dysfunction and teach them how to listen more closely to avoid issues in the future. My passion is helping women solve symptoms with a holistic total body approach that looks at root causes related to injury, gut dysfunction, movement pattern dysfunction, stress and hormonal influences. Your body does not work in isolation. You deserve someone who will look at you as a whole person. I therefore offer 4 services to help meet you where you are at with your specific health journey.
I encountered years of medical professionals dismissing my concerns with joint pain, skin conditions, pelvic dysfunction and more. I have literally spent my teen years through adulthood digging deep to find the answers that created lasting change. That is why I received my Master's in Physical Therapy, Performance Enhancement Certification and am deeply rooted in continuing Ed related to functional nutrition and nervous system regulation. In the midst of all of this learning, I ran into life as a perimenopausal mom of a kiddo with Type 1 diabetes. This was a whole new learning curve that helped me to have a deeper understanding of perimenopause and how to be proactive about health in a new phase of life. "After two pregnancies and years of focusing all of my health energy on the development and safety of my children, I found myself in a series of unfortunate health events that landed me with a back injury and severe chronic back pain.
