This course is designed to help you to connect with your core and pelvic floor so that you can thrive throughout your pregnancy. Each module is short and packed full of information to help you to build an understanding of all that your core does to support you during pregnancy. This information will not only be something you can draw on during pregnancy, but throughout recovery and for the rest of your life! The truth is that we would all love a hard list of do's and don'ts for many things in life, but there are very few hard and fast rules. After this course you will understand the connection of the core to overall physical well being and be able to identify when things are offline. You can take charge of what you chose to do and why in a whole new way!
