Check out your abdominals to ensure proper engagement, check you pelvic floor externally to ensure optimal understanding of breathing and how to properly care for your inner core post baby. Who: Clients returning to exercise after childbirth; clients suffering from postnatal incontinence or diastasis recti who want to exercise without the impact and stress to their recovering postpartum bodies
Post-Partum Recovery Package What: Reset your body and recovery strong post baby! You may not see or feel the changes in your body post baby. Our post-partum recovery package gives you a full evaluation and 3 follow up sessions to progress your connection with your inner core, improve strength optimally and prepare you for the fitness routine you would like to get back to or initiate post baby. Who: Moms who have had babies recently (over 6 weeks post-partum and cleared to exercise). Post-Partum Small Group Exercise What: Do you have a few friends who just had babies too? We can decide on a time that works for your group. Everyone receives a 30 minute 1:1 Discovery Session to identify a starting point for return to exercise prior to beginning a small group exercise class for you and your friends Who: Moms 6 weeks post partum and cleared to exercise.
